Craig-y-Ddinas

The steep rugged rock of Craig-y-Ddinas is a favourite haunt of the fairies. This is where the sleeping Arthur is said to wait, along with his knights, for the day they must return. Perhaps they reside in the Celtic underworld of Annwn. There is an extensive cave system under Dinas Rock where Arthur and his men have been seen here in many stories, guarding a huge amount of treasure.
